great stay overall but small room

The view of the Sakurajima volcano was breathtaking, making each morning a picture-perfect start. Also, the breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, providing a great fuel for our business day.

The room felt a bit cramped.

I had a good time here! The room was big and faced Sakurajima, awesome view. Breakfast was decent but ended too early for me. Staff were nice, but the lack of temp control in the room was annoying. At least there’s a convenience store right across the street for snacks.

Superb views and clean rooms!

Our family had a fantastic time here, especially when they let us check in early with our luggage after a long trip with kids, and the kids loved the pool and the stunning view of Sakurajima. Relaxation was easy with the available massage services and a great jacuzzi on site. Just keep in mind that it's a little out of the way, so plan your transport accordingly! 🌞

The room was spacious and clean, featuring air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator. The bathroom had modern fixtures with a shower, bidet, and complimentary toiletries. Stunning views of Sakurajima made mornings special. Spa facilities included a hot tub and massage services. A convenient store across the road was a plus.

The hotel had spacious areas with beautiful decor, making it feel welcoming. I particularly loved the lovely views of Sakurajima from my room, which were simply delightful and added charm to my stay.

More accessible facilities for seniors would be great.

i loved the view from our room on the 10th floor. overlooking the sea was so beautiful. the staff was super friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the hotel offered some nice amenities, like a hot tub and access to the relaxing volcanic hot springs nearby.

Waking up every morning to the sunrise over the volcano was something special you won’t forget. The dinner at the local restaurant was really good, with really great food and quiet ambiance which made for a lovely evening.

It wasn’t exactly affordable but still acceptable considering the view and the service.

The Superior Triple Room on the high floor offered fine views of Sakurajima, which made for a nice backdrop during my stay. The room featured spacious areas, providing a cozy atmosphere despite some wear and tear.

Central heating, and temperature control was less than ideal. The outdated furniture contributed to a dusty feel, and the bathroom felt cramped and reminiscent of camping facilities. The breakfast hours were cut short, ending at 9:30 AM, which is not great for late risers, and the overall dining options felt repetitive.
